Experience:
Prior to setting up my own practice (in 1995), I worked in private and public sector organisations with individuals and groups as an organisational developer and psychologist (from 1972). My Masters degree is in Organisational Psychology. I worked on issues of anxiety, assertion, communication, conflict, stress, teamwork, and so on. I have contributed to a book (2000) on developing the boards of companies. I have also worked within a GP practice team.

I am a member of the London Society of the New Lacanian School.
