Interests and Research
Penny has a great deal of experience in working with a variety of presenting conditions, taking up each demand to work at it’s point of originality. One dimension of her work has been with the inhibiting effects of anxiety on the ability to work and to learn, as expressed in conditions such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADD, ADHD, Aspergers’ Syndrome. Her current research takes up the question of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, it’s syntax and it’s effects.
Penny is convenor of the Lacanian Forum in London, which invites participation from those who want to know something about the Lacanian orientation.
